1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Scribblios (scribblios.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Scribblios is an AI-powered long-form writing platform that uses a multi-agent pipeline to help users research, draft, edit, and publish written content. The service processes user-provided topics and materials through AI language models to generate articles, research summaries, and other written works.
3. Account Registration
To use Scribblios, you must create an account with a valid email address or sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create using Scribblios, including articles, research materials, and configurations. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process your content through our AI pipeline solely to provide the service to you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the platform's security
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the platform to generate spam or misleading content at scale
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-written where disclosure is legally required
6. AI-Generated Content
Content produced by Scribblios is generated with the assistance of AI language models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing all content before publication. Scribblios is not liable for claims arising from published AI-generated content.
7. Third-Party Services
Scribblios integrates with third-party AI providers (such as OpenRouter, Anthropic, and OpenAI) and research APIs (such as PubMed, Semantic Scholar, and OpenAlex). Your use of these services through Scribblios is subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. API Keys
Some features require you to provide your own API keys for third-party services. You are responsible for securing these keys and for any charges incurred through their use on the platform.
9. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep Scribblios available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Limitation of Liability
Scribblios is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
